Marco Pellegrini lives in Pompano Beach, and the water here is the reason this company exists. He has replaced the filter on his own shower more times than he can count, which is a normal South Florida complaint and the first thing he has in common with every homeowner he talks to. Before this he sold solar, which taught him two things. He likes sitting at someone's kitchen table working out what their house actually needs, and he never wants to knock on another door.

The complaint he hears most is not about the water. It is about the sales call: a two hour presentation, a number that changes depending on how the evening is going, and a salesperson who is gone the day after the install. Marco spent his late twenties deciding that honesty was the one thing he would not trade, and he is not going to run a business any other way.
